At The Ivory Orchid, we take great pride in providing fresh, high-quality flowers and floral arrangements that are crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any floral arrangements.
Our Commitment to Quality:
We strive to ensure that every bouquet or arrangement you receive is of the highest quality. All flowers are carefully selected and arranged to create a beautiful, fresh, and lasting display.
No Returns or Exchanges:
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the customization involved in each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has been delivered, it is considered final.
Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations or changes can only be made within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations.
Refunds:
We do not issue refunds for items due to the perishable nature of flowers, but we will work with you to address any concerns with the quality or delivery of your order. If an error occurred on our part (e.g., a wrong flower variety or delivery issue), we will work to make it right with a replacement or alternative solution.
